Could he sue for this? It's kind of a backhanded compliment to promote him solely under the premise "our new neighbor [sic] is hot," objectifying him and disregarding his intelligence, passion, idealism and ambition.
I don't think he posed for this. If I remember right, he was walking on the beach when this was taken. And for a man his age, he looks in damn fine shape. Not exactly a six-pack, but there's some good muscle tone there. I think it's justt fine. Funny even. I got a little chuckle out of it.

He was on the beach with his family, right after the elections. This totally like a sloppy photoshopped image. I love the man :P
