The best thing after a long night out...

...is coming home, slipping off your heels, putting on your pjs and getting into bed. Ah, comfort & bliss.

So, the Great Ball of Fire was terrific fun, but more about that in the (later) morning. Just got back, one of the earliest to leave - I'm sure they're all heading over to the after party now (I couldn't go, underage - but only by 10 days! Gah.) Even so, I'm pooped, and I've got a 9 am tute (it would be Democracy, the one in which my tutor expects us to discuss and debate the readings), but at least I'm not hung over. (I don't drink, remember?)

I might be missing out on all the random hooking up, drunken brawls and dirty dancing, but I'm sure I'll hear about all that in the morning. That is, if anybody makes it down to breakfast...

I think it's VERy courgaeous and also very intelligent of you not to drink. You know what guts it takes to do that? I'm honestly proud to know someone like you who doesn't give in to peer pressure and stupid habits.

Cheers, girl and here's wishing you a fantastic year ahead!

I don't drink a lot, either. The only thing I do like is sangria and I only started liking that a couple of years ago (being put in a coma for 2 mos at the age of 10--and having your driver killed-- by a drunk driver would deter ANYONE from drinking, I imagine).

But bein witness to all the random hooking up and drunken stupidity makes for good writing material. LOL.

i really cant afford to be writing this, because i have too much homework, but oh well:

good on you, i myself am way to underaged to drink, but that doesnt stop people my age, and even some of my friends, also, getting high seems to be the new rage at my school...what a bunch of dead beats.

any way,
umm, oh yeah i was wondering how you link people on your blog, is it just another page element that you can create with on the layout page? :D

well, thats it for my internet usage this evening, (at least until i finish 1/3 assingments that are due tomorrow!)

Thanks for that :)

yes! i was so excited to see it! i even downloaded it before school so when i got home i could watch it straight away with my friend R... (i have no life, right?) and i made a note to my mum not to exit out of the page, which of course she did anyway! (i had a little tantrum i must admit)

cant wait for you to watch it, i even cried a tad because season 2 isnt coming out until august or something, whatever will i do to keep my weekly gossip fix? i think i'll read the books the books, which i never got round to finishing because it seems that the bookstore doesnt want me to as they are never there.

speaking of books, hows New Moon going?

well, i will have to rely on my own life, and of course yours haha and other bloggers to keep me gossip-uped (< new word there)

well, now im just crapping on, i really have to work, i even canceled my sport tonight to do it!

buonanotte! as the italians say it.

i totally agree. on my way home from where ever i had been that night, slipping under the covers ahh and enjoying that last 3 mintes of silence before just passing out.
sometimes...instead of going straight home, we all go to my boyfriends apartments. we play death cab, dmb or something chill, and sit on his roof and just smoke and eat and talk. sometimes we leave a club early cause we dont even feel like being around people.
good for you for not drinking. i hope you dont think its this taboo, crazy thing. having a glass of wine with dinner or while watching weeds is all i ever really do these days. but--why not wait? as humans we always have this need to rush.

peace,
cordie xx

Thank you all for your comments supporting my decision! You seem to be much more accepting than my so-called friends. ;-)

N: Thanks. You flatter. =)

C: Oh, I totally agree. It can be very amusing. And inspiring.

I'm very sorry for what happened when you were 10.

M: New Moon is fantastic, I'm racing through it, it's so hard to put down! And I really need to do this Eco History essay...why do I always pick up these books at the wrong time?!

C: I'm not against drinking per se, but mostly against drinking to exess/getting drunk, which of course of what all friends equate drinking with.

One week until the Big Day!!
